Description
This small spherical pendant light, featuring a classic brass suspension with a nostalgic, wavy glass holder, brings a touch of timeless elegance to a wide range of settings. Thanks to the variety of brass finishes available, the light complements many interior styles and spaces.
The high-quality spherical glass shade made of white opal glass provides pleasant, glare-free light. The glass sphere is available in

The brass components (suspension rod, canopy, glass holder) are available in various brass finishes:
- Natural brass, matt, unvarnished
- Polished nickel-plated
- Matt nickel-plated
- Dark brown patina (burnished)
At the total height shown, the light is suitable for room heights of approx. 2.8 metres or more, or for use as task or table lighting.
The luminaire is also available with a height-adjustable telescopic rod with a tube length of 100 cm. The minimum suspension height is then approx. 55 cm plus the height of the luminaire body and the glass holder.
On request, the luminaire can be shortened or extended as a custom-made special order for an additional charge:

About the manufacturer
From the design-savvy Netherlands, these brass lamps come in the style of early Art Déco (in French short for art décoratif = decorative art). Their timeless designs make these luminaires an excellent addition to both historical and modern surroundings. Clear, puristic designs such as stepped glasses and glass holders are their main characteristics – with all the attention to detail; Shapes that also show in time-typical architecture of the 1920s and 1930s, such as the Chrysler Building in New York. These designs reinterpret the language and the emergence of geometrical-abstract painting (Wassily Kandinsky, Piet Mondrian, etc.) in architecture and design of the 1920s.
All lights by Collectie Art Déco are made of brass with different surfaces and usually feature hand-blown, overlaid (two-ply) opal glass or frosted glass with decor cutting. The former provide glare-free lighting with maximum light transmission – a standard in Dutch functionalism.
